Our story

Senthil Jewellery Mart was founded in 1987 by R. Moorthy, a goldsmith who believed jewellery should be judged the way his customers judged him — by its honesty. What began as a single workbench on Kasukadai Street has grown into a family house of jewellery serving Virudhunagar and families across India, while remaining exactly what it was on day one: a place where every piece is made with the purest materials and the finest craftsmanship we know.

We work in 22K BIS hallmarked gold, 925 sterling silver and certified diamonds. Our pricing is deliberately simple: the day's metal rate multiplied by the piece's total weight — its exact gram weight plus the stated wastage. The rate is published at the top of every page of this site — the same rate we quote across the counter.

Every purchase leaves our workshop with its certificates — hallmark verification, photo record and quality testing — and is examined carefully before shipment. We track each parcel until it is in your hands, and stand behind it with a 15-day return promise.
