Refund & return policy
15-day returns
You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your item. Items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt and all certificates issued with the purchase.
Unboxing video is mandatory
Please record a continuous video while opening your parcel. Requests for return, refund or replacement cannot be accepted without an unboxing video. This protects both you and us.
Damaged or incorrect items
Inspect your order immediately on delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us within 24 hours on WhatsApp at +91 94433 65844 or by email so we can resolve it quickly.
How refunds are paid
Once your return is received and approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method or bank account within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit. Returns sent without prior authorisation cannot be accepted — always contact us first.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item and place a fresh order for the piece you want once the return is approved.
