Shipping & delivery
Dispatch timelines
Orders are handed to the courier within 3–5 business days of order confirmation and payment. Delivery is typically completed within 10–15 days, or by the date agreed with you at confirmation.
How we ship
Domestic orders travel by registered, insured courier or speed post in tamper-evident packaging. International orders are shipped through registered international couriers. Every parcel is quality-checked, photographed and sealed before dispatch.
Tracking
Your tracking number is shared on WhatsApp and email as soon as the parcel ships, and we monitor it until delivery is confirmed at the address you provided at checkout.
Delays
