Unless a fixed price is shown, product prices are calculated as the piece's total weight — its net weight plus the wastage percentage shown on the product page — multiplied by the prevailing metal rate displayed on this site. The final payable amount is confirmed with you at the time of order confirmation, before any payment is made. Making charges, taxes and shipping (where applicable) are communicated at confirmation.
Orders & payment
Placing an order on this website is a request to purchase; it becomes binding once our team confirms availability and the final rate with you. Payment is collected through the secure options shared at confirmation. Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment.
Product accuracy
Weights are stated to three decimals and verified before dispatch. Handcrafted items may vary marginally from photographs; any variation in weight is reflected in the final price.
Certificates
Every gold piece ships with BIS hallmark certification; every purchase includes photo and quality-test certificates. Keep these safe — they are required for returns and exchanges.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Virudhunagar, Tamil Nadu.
